Gorilla Tracking
This is one of the most famous activities. Gorilla permits must be booked in advance since they are a requirement for gorilla tracking. The lodge can arrange these permits from Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) on behalf of our clients if asked in advance or at the time of booking the lodge. They cost 600 US dollars for foreign non residents, 500 US dollars for foreign residents and 250,000sh for East Africans.
Nature Walking Safaris
For walking safaris through Bwindi impenetrable forest, book in advance and our local guides will take you through. This also includes guided walk s to Mubwindi swamp and to a water fall.
Cultural Community Tours
This involves cultural dances from the local people of the community, visiting the Iron smelters, basket weavers and honey collectors.
Bird Watching Tours
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest has been voted best birding destination and with our birding experts, you can have the best birding moments especially for those Albertine Rift Endemics like the African Green Broadbill which is highly sought after.
Story Telling From Local Elders
Stories will be told by the knowledgeable elderly people about the rich history and culture of Bakiga over a camp fire, enjoying your beer, tea or coffee. This is arranged on request.

Other services
Broadbill Forest Camp will also offer pickups and transfers to all airstrips, to Kabale, Kampala, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kigali airport and Entebbe airport at a fee. The camp has a standby 4x4 Land Cruiser.
We also do emergency rescues in case of vehicle breakdowns and stuck clients
